She began her career managing bridge construction projects in Latin America and Central Africa, which continues to shape her pragmatic, get-it-done approach to operationalizing and improving systems in dynamic environments.
Kathryn holds a degree in structural engineering from Duke University and has studied at Harvard Business School, Dartmouth College, and Universidad de las Américas Puebla in Mexico. She currently splits her time between Portland, Oregon and the Greater Boston region.
